Just had a new replacement canvas installed (appx 12' x 24'). It is made very well, installed expertly and looks great. We are repeat customers, having dealt with Lexington Tent and Awning for many years, starting with replacement of the entire frame and canvas after the original structure collapsed under a heavy wet snow, and 2-3 subsequent canvas replacements. LT&A staff was very accommodating to our request for additional drainage holes and reinforcements in high stress areas. Be aware that the lead time can be long in spring. Highly recommend LT&A
